Delegate Clark moved to amend the committee substitute on page 7, section 8, line 9, by inserting a new subsection (d) to read to as follows: (d) The Office for Healthy Lifestyles shall coordinate with the West Virginia Department of Agriculture to identify vendors to locally source, grow, and supply fresh healthy foods.;

And, re-letter the remaining subsections accordingly.
